CLASS STRUCTURE

  • After a lecture, students will perform provided copy and receive feedback and redirection

The use of "The Techniques of Stella Adler®" is officially licensed by the Stella Adler Studio of Acting.

Students are encouraged to participate from their home studios/use their standard mic setup if available, but it's not mandatory for this learning environment.

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Craig Lee Thomas is a stage, screen, and voice actor based in Los Angeles. After studying at the Stella Adler Studio in New York City through NYU's Tisch School of the Arts under Master teachers Ron Burrus, Betsy Parrish, and Jimmy Tripp, Craig went on to perform in regional and off-off-Broadway theater, including 3 seasons at the Tony Award-winning Utah Shakespeare Festival, and a New York Times critically acclaimed performance in Colin McKenna's 'Parking Lot, Lonely Heart'. As a voice actor, Craig has performed in dozens of interactive projects including 'Honkai Star Rail', 'Starfield', 'Octopath Traveller 2', 'Wylde Flowers', 'Lost Ark', 'Star Wars Squadrons', 'World of Warcraft', 'Diablo Immortal', and numerous upcoming AAA titles. Craig also is a Commercial and Interactive Demo Director at Real Voice, LA. Other work includes appearances on 'Criminal Minds', 'Jane the Virgin', 'Dollface', 'How I Met Your Mother', and commercial VO work for dozens of companies including Postmates, HP, Dunkin' and Bank of America.

Materials provided in these classes (such as sides, copy, worksheets, videos, etc.) are for educational/workshop purposes only. They are confidential and are NOT to be distributed outside of this workshop (including, but not limited to, email, social media, Discord servers, etc.) nor permitted to be used as voice demo material unless otherwise stated.
