About the event

ABOUT THE CLASS

Students will perform and receive feedback and direction to mimic the environment of a live recording session for an animation or video game project. Scripts and class instructions are to be sent over the weekend before class start. Students are encouraged to use their home recording set ups (if available) during their performances, but this is not a requirement.

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Brook Chalmers is a Voice Director for Animation and Video Games. Currently directing Star Trek Prodigy at Nickelodeon and 2nd seat director for Genshin Impact.  He has also directed on the Trollhunters Trilogy and Rise of the Titans feature at Dreamworks.

Materials provided in these classes (such as sides, copy, worksheets, videos, etc.) are for educational/workshop purposes only. They are confidential and are NOT to be distributed outside of this workshop (including, but not limited to, email, social media, Discord servers, etc.) nor permitted to be used as voice demo material unless otherwise stated.

RECORDING POLICY

Classes, workshops, and webinars by The Halp Network, LLC. are recorded for archival purposes. Free events may be posted to our social media channels at a later date. Students of a paid course may receive access to the recording of their class for the student's own use ONLY.
